# Motor de datos de envases y declaraciones RAP

Convierte datos maestros reutilizables de envases en un registro de preparación RAP específico por país y periodo. Conserva la fuente, aplica la vía nacional, identifica clasificaciones pendientes, concilia cantidades y prepara un archivo nativo verificado, una cumplimentación de libro oficial o un paquete de entrada al portal cuando corresponda.

## Current law and future format

### Hoy manda la vía nacional vigente; la armonización futura del PPWR se controla por separado.
El artículo 44 y el anexo IX del PPWR establecen el marco europeo de registro y reporting, pero la operativa depende del Estado miembro, autoridad, PRO, periodo y vía técnica aplicables.

Cuando un futuro formato armonizado del PPWR siga siendo borrador, transitorio o no operativo, el motor lo trata sólo como contexto y nunca como esquema oficial vigente.

## How it works

1. **Conserve los hechos fuente** — Importe el ERP, marketplace o libro de envases y mantenga su procedencia.
2. **Normalice una vez** — Convierta SKU, unidades de envase, componentes y materiales al modelo canónico.
3. **Aplique el adaptador correcto** — Resuelva país, año, tipo, operador y periodo antes de la clasificación nacional.
4. **Concilie cantidades** — Compare totales fuente, clasificados y declarados antes de generar cualquier artefacto.
5. **Prepare la salida verificada más sólida** — Use esquema nativo, libro oficial aportado o paquete de portal según la vía activa.
6. **Añada evidencia real de presentación** — Sólo un justificante o aceptación reales permiten avanzar más allá de la preparación.

## Natural questions

### ¿El XLSX de Beyoğlu es una declaración RAP oficial?
No. Un libro portátil o de conciliación es un registro de preparación. Sólo se basa en formato oficial cuando el motor identifica expresamente un esquema nacional verificado o completa el libro oficial vigente aportado para esa vía.

### ¿Declaro el peso del producto o el del envase?
El motor separa el peso de los componentes del envase del peso del producto. El adaptador nacional activo determina qué cantidades y clasificaciones son declarables.

### ¿Deben coincidir las cantidades de LUCID y del sistema alemán?
Para envases sujetos a participación en sistema, el flujo alemán exige coherencia entre las cantidades comunicadas al operador y a LUCID. La conciliación muestra diferencias antes de exportar.

### ¿Puedo corregir una declaración RAP declarando sólo la diferencia?
No de forma universal. La semántica de corrección depende de la vía: algunas sustituyen todo el periodo o trimestre; otras permiten suplementos o nuevas versiones.

### ¿Puedo cargar mi propio Excel?
Sí. El motor es Excel-first y también acepta formatos portátiles por filas. Las columnas fuente se normalizan antes del mapeo nacional.

### ¿Qué ocurre cuando exista un formato armonizado del PPWR?
Hasta que sea final y operativo, el motor lo mantiene en una capa temporal separada y sigue aplicando las vías nacionales vigentes.
