Signup does not itself complete a statutory EPR Authorised Representative appointment. Beyoğlu Professional’s standard operating service fee starts at €1 plus applicable VAT per declared parcel for an already activated country. A newly activated country also carries a one-time €25 plus applicable VAT activation fee. Statutory appointment is available only where the relevant EPR Authorised Representative service is active and becomes effective through the required mandate, acceptance and country formalities. Regulatory and third-party charges are separate. ### Does signing up appoint Beyoğlu Professional as my statutory EPR Authorised Representative? No. Signup opens the Client Portal workflow. A statutory appointment requires the relevant country route to be available and the required mandate, acceptance and formalities to be completed. ### Is the €1 parcel fee the regulatory EPR contribution? No. It is Beyoğlu Professional’s standard operating service fee per declared parcel. National EPR contributions, PRO fees, registry charges and other statutory amounts are calculated and handled separately. ### Do I pay €1 for every SKU inside the parcel? No. The standard service fee is per declared parcel, not per SKU. Packaging-data requirements still depend on the actual packaging and country rules. ### Is there a standard monthly subscription? No standard monthly subscription is published for this operating model. The standard fees are the one-time country activation and the per-declared-parcel service fee, with regulatory money kept separate. ### What happens if I make no sales? No declared parcels means no parcel service fee for those parcels. The one-time country activation remains associated with the work already performed, and some national systems can still impose fixed, minimum, registration or supervision charges. ### What does the Client Portal manage after activation?
