## What documents are required for packaging EPR Producer registration?

There is no single EU form. Common inputs include legal-entity, tax, contact and market facts. Depending on the Member State, the route can also require official portal fields, a written EPR authorised-representative mandate or acceptance, PRO/system membership evidence, packaging-stream classifications and later authority-issued registration evidence. ## Keep preparation, filing and legal status separate.

- There is no single EU producer-registration form. Member-State registers, authorities and EPR organisations control their own receiving mechanisms.
- A generated PDF, XLSX, CSV, XML or JSON is a preparation output unless the receiving body has published and we have explicitly mapped that exact official format.
- EPR Producer is not the same legal role as PPWR Manufacturer. Article 17 manufacturer representation must not be inferred from an EPR producer-registration file.
- EPR authorised-representative appointment, PRO/system membership, producer registration and recurring reporting are separate legal records even when one national workflow links them.
- Registration numbers, certificates, receipts and acceptance states are authority/system-issued facts. The engine records them; it does not manufacture them.

## Answers before you start a producer-registration filing.

### What documents do I need to register as a packaging EPR Producer in the EU?

There is no single EU file. Common facts include legal-entity, tax, contact and market data. Country-specific routes can additionally require official portal fields, written EPR authorised-representative mandates, signatory powers, PRO/system membership documents, packaging-stream classifications and later authority-issued registration evidence.

### Does this tool register my company automatically?

No. It prepares and validates the information for the selected national route. Registration exists only after the actual filing is submitted and accepted by the competent authority, producer register, PRO or other receiving system.

### Can one dataset be reused for several EU countries?

Yes for factual company and market data. No for legal conclusions. Producer status, representation, national categories, forms, portal fields and acceptance states remain country-specific.

### Are the XLSX, CSV and XML exports official authority formats?

Not by default. They are Beyoğlu portable preparation formats unless the selected receiving body has published an official specification and the engine explicitly states that the exact schema has been mapped.

### Where are uploaded registration documents stored?

Evidence files are stored locally in browser IndexedDB and hashed with SHA-256. The structured engine state is stored in the browser-local Public Workspace. Files are not uploaded merely by using the public engine.

### What is the difference between an EPR Producer and a PPWR Manufacturer?

They are different legal roles. This engine is for EPR producer registration. Manufacturer obligations and an Article 17 manufacturer authorised representative belong to a different PPWR legal chain.
