### 为什么产品数量与包裹/发货数量分开？
部分包装随产品数量变化，而运输和电商包装随发货数量变化。分开计算可避免纸箱、填充物或邮寄袋乘以错误的业务量。

### 为什么同一种材料可能有多个国家 EPR 类别？
国家体系可能区分 PET 颜色、硬质/软质塑料、铝厚度、可回收性、家庭/商业流等属性，因此不会强制使用一个通用塑料或纸张费率。

### 第一个总额包含所有年度 EPR 成本吗？
不包含。重量结果可计算直接公布的浮动缴费。下方完整成本引擎还处理最低额、固定费、报价型 PRO、税费、押金、代表、第三方和 Beyoğlu 服务费。

### 结果是正式申报或发票吗？
不是。它是运营数据集和工作计算。最终法定申报和应付金额以主管机关、PRO/体系、代表、税务机关或实际发票为准。
