Authority or register filing
Fixed only where legislation, a competent authority or an official register provides a clear day.
Calendario gratuito UE27

The matrix is event-level, not one-date-per-country. That prevents a PRO date from being mislabelled as a statutory date or an invoice date from being presented as a filing deadline.
Fixed only where legislation, a competent authority or an official register provides a clear day.
Scheme/member reporting can have its own monthly, quarterly or annual cadence.
When payment depends on an actual invoice or assessment, the tool keeps it relative instead of inventing a fixed date.
Conditional taxes, deposit systems, registration steps and one-off transition events stay separate.
Artículo 44 PPWR
Article 44(7) and (8) establish a 1 June reporting framework for the national PPWR register layer once the Member State implementation route is operational. Existing national and PRO calendars can still coexist during implementation and must be mapped country by country.
For a full preceding calendar year, the national PPWR register layer uses the 1 June framework where the national implementation route applies.
EUR-Lex ↗The simplified data set is not an EPR exemption; it is a different reporting data set within the Article 44 register layer.
EUR-Lex ↗Member States may require quarterly reporting for budgetary reasons, so one annual EU-level date does not erase all operating calendars.

FAQ
Yes. Every Member State has a country record and at least one researched operating event or an explicit rule-based verification event. The tool does not fill gaps with invented dates.
No. Article 44 creates a national PPWR register reporting layer. National authority, PRO, payment, tax and deposit-system calendars remain distinct until each national implementation route is mapped and operational.
Because many EPR contributions are payable from the actual PRO invoice, authority assessment or contract term. A fake calendar day would be less accurate than a rule-based event.
Only events with a real fixed date generated from the reviewed rule. Contract, invoice, portal and live-verification events are excluded from ICS.
Yes, but recurring dates are projected only where the source describes a recurring rule. A deadline published specifically for 2026 is not automatically copied into later years.
