Tek bir AB EPR kaydı 27 ülkeyi kapsar mı?

Hayır. Kayıt, sistem üyeliği, bildirim ve kanıt ilişkileri ülke bazında kalır.

AB dışı her Üretici 27 ülkede EPR AR atamak zorunda mı?

Genel bir evet/hayır cevabı kullanılmamalıdır. Buradaki AB dışı doğrudan satış sonucu güncel ülke araştırmasını izler; işlem bazlı teyit gereken yerlerde koşullu gösterilir.

AB/AEA sınır ötesi senaryosu neden farklı?

PPWR, ilgili Üreticiler için başka bir Üye Devletteki son kullanıcı satışlarında sınır ötesi EPR Yetkili Temsilci rotası kurar. Önce yine Üretici belirlenmelidir.

PRO yetkili makam mıdır?

Hayır. Makam, sicil, EPR AR ve PRO/sistem ayrı kurumsal rollerdir.
