Bu kaynaklı Amazon EPR kontrol listesiyle önce gerçek ambalaj EPR Üreticisini belirleyin, doğru ulusal kayıt ve PRO/sistem kanıtını kurun, temsil yükümlülüğünü çözün; ardından Amazon kabulünü hukuki uyumla karıştırmadan Seller Central'daki güncel talebi yanıtlayın.

(AB) 2025/40 sayılı Ambalaj ve Ambalaj Atığı Tüzüğü (PPWR) 12 Ağustos 2026'dan beri uygulanıyor. Madde 45(4), kapsam içindeki çevrimiçi platformların Üreticiden tüketicinin bulunduğu Üye Devletteki kayıt bilgilerini ve kayıt numarasını/numaralarını, ayrıca ilgili EPR yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirildiğini teyit eden Üretici öz beyanını almasını öngörüyor. Madde 45(6) platforma bu bilgilerin eksiksiz ve güvenilir olup olmadığını değerlendirmek için azami çaba yükümlülüğü getiriyor.
Bu düzenleme Amazon'un Seller Central'da EPR kanıtı istemesini açıklar; ancak Amazon'u hukuki EPR Üreticisini belirleyen makam haline getirmez. Üretici statüsü, kayıt, PRO/sistem, temsil, beyan ve ödeme ayrı ayrı çözülmelidir.
Madde 45(3)'teki bazı EPR Yetkili Temsilcisi atamalarının 2035'e kadar askıya alınmasını öneren COM(2025) 982 / 2025/0395(COD) hâlâ devam eden bir yasama dosyasıdır. Yürürlükteki hukuk değildir ve Madde 45(4)–(6)'daki platform bilgi/doğrulama yükümlülüklerini askıya almaz.
