Strictly necessary.
Security, session continuity, authentication, load delivery, consent-state storage and functions that are technically necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
This Policy explains when the Beyoğlu Professional website may store information on a user's device or read information already stored there, which technologies are necessary for a service the user has requested, which technologies are optional, and how consent choices should be respected.
Necessary technology and optional tracking are not the same thing. A technology that is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user may operate without optional-cookie consent. Where consent is required for storage or access on a user's device, the optional technology should not be activated before that consent is obtained.
1. Who operates this website?
Service brand: Beyoğlu Professional — PPWR-EPR Compliance Services.
Current website operator: THEMİR MEDYA İNŞAAT İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, Tatlısu Mah. Aziz Blv. Çağrı Sitesi B Blok No:48, İç Kapı No:42, 34774 Ümraniye, İstanbul, Türkiye.
Personal-data processing that goes beyond device storage or access is addressed under the applicable privacy rules. Beyoğlu's separate Privacy Policy will provide the wider controller, purpose, legal-basis and transfer information for those processing activities.
2. What we mean by cookies and similar technologies
This Policy uses “cookies and similar technologies” as a practical umbrella term for cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, browser identifiers and comparable technologies that can store information on, or gain access to information from, a user's terminal equipment.
Security, session continuity, authentication, load delivery, consent-state storage and functions that are technically necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
Optional interface or convenience settings that are helpful but not technically required for the requested service.
Technologies used to understand traffic, interaction, performance and usage where those technologies are not strictly necessary.
Advertising, remarketing, campaign measurement or cross-site attribution technologies, if such tools are enabled.
3. Consent standard
Under the ePrivacy rules implemented by EU Member States, storing information on or accessing information from a user's terminal equipment generally requires consent unless the operation is solely for transmission or is strictly necessary to provide an information-society service explicitly requested by the user. Where GDPR consent is also relied on for personal-data processing, that consent must meet the GDPR standard.
A user should receive meaningful information about the purpose before a consent-dependent technology is activated. Public PPWR-EPR information that does not technically require optional tracking should remain readable without forcing acceptance of non-essential technologies.
Consent must be capable of being refused, withdrawn or changed. Scrolling, inactivity or merely continuing to browse is not treated as an unambiguous affirmative choice.
Technical requirement. A policy page cannot make a non-compliant implementation compliant. If an analytics, advertising or other consent-dependent technology runs before the required consent, wording on this page does not cure that technical behaviour.
4. Current public website infrastructure and analytics
The current Beyoğlu Professional public website uses a static-first publishing architecture. Pages are pre-rendered and delivered through cloud object storage and CDN infrastructure. Ordinary page delivery, transport security and basic load handling are not classified as marketing simply because a third-party infrastructure provider is involved.
The public site can also use analytics and tag-management tooling. Those functions are assessed according to what they actually do, not according to the vendor name or whether they are useful to Beyoğlu. A tag-management layer is not, by itself, a legal basis for any tag it loads.
Where an analytics or measurement technology is not strictly necessary and applicable law requires consent, it should remain inactive until the user's choice permits it.
5. Live technology inventory
The exact cookies, storage keys and optional measurement technologies used by a website can change as the site, analytics configuration and consent tooling change.
Where optional technologies are active, the live preference interface should identify the relevant provider or technology, category, purpose and duration. If a particular item is not clear from the interface, users may contact Beyoğlu Professional for clarification.
This Policy sets the legal and operational principles. It should not be read as an exhaustive list of every technical identifier that may exist at every moment.
6. Duration
Some technologies expire when the browser session ends. Others persist for a defined period so that authentication, security state, consent status or an optional permitted function can continue across visits.
Where optional persistent technologies are enabled, their relevant duration should be stated through the current consent or preference information. Consent is not treated as perpetual merely because a technical identifier has a long lifetime.
7. How to change your choice
Where the site provides a cookie-preference control, users should be able to reopen it and change the categories they previously accepted.
Users can also remove stored information through browser controls. Blocking a strictly necessary technology can prevent authentication, security or account functions from operating correctly.
If a preference control is unavailable or a consent record needs to be checked, users can contact Beyoğlu Professional through the contact page.
8. Browser privacy signals
Browsers and devices can expose privacy preference signals. Beyoğlu evaluates those signals against the actual technical implementation and the law applicable to the service.
We do not claim that a browser signal is honoured unless it is actually implemented and technically enforced.
9. Changes
Material changes to cookie categories, providers, purposes or retention periods should be reflected in the live consent configuration and, where appropriate, in this Policy.
Contact Beyoğlu Professional if you need information about a particular technology, cookie category or consent record.
