The engine calculates directly
Researched rates for Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg and similar models are calculated as category × kg.
EU27 fixed cost file ↗27 EU countries · 2026 cost engine
Choose the country and your packaging volume. The tool uses Beyoğlu Professional’s researched 2026 fixed fees and published PRO/system tariffs for all 27 EU countries. Where pricing is contractual, it does not invent a generic figure; your actual operator quote is used instead. Registration, system, representation, tax, deposit and Beyoğlu service costs remain separate.
The researched national cost model loads automatically when you select a country.
Each country uses its own system, currency, minimums and tariff classes.
Separates one-off registration/activation fees from recurring annual costs.
Zero sales sets variable packaging contributions and per-parcel Beyoğlu transactions to zero. Fixed/minimum costs of an active relationship may remain.
Material name alone is not enough. The country engine shows only tariff classes researched for that system.
This cost branch is determined by a commercial contract/calculation. Use the actual amount instead of inventing a generic rate.
Only thresholds, public charges or special formulas that actually exist in the selected country are shown.
Add the actual amount for representative, tax, deposit or special third-party costs. A blank field is not treated as zero; only an item explicitly marked not applicable is zero.
This is not regulatory money. New-country activation is €25; qualifying parcel processing is €1/parcel. Any applicable VAT depends on invoicing conditions.
To combine local regulatory money with Beyoğlu service fees in EUR, an FX rate, source and date are required. Otherwise the two currencies are shown separately.
How does the engine work?
Each country uses its own researched cost architecture: published €/kg or local-currency/kg tariffs, annual minimums, public registration fees, or actual commercial system contract amounts.
Researched rates for Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg and similar models are calculated as category × kg.
EU27 fixed cost file ↗Researched fixed items such as the ARA minimum, EKO-KOM annual fee, DPA annual minimum or NPA fixed fee are applied automatically in the relevant scenario.
Where pricing depends on an operator contract, such as a German dual-system operator, Romanian OIREP or Slovenian DROE, no generic amount is invented.
Refundable deposits are shown separately from expenses; EPR Authorised Representative and other third-party costs are shown separately from Beyoğlu Professional service fees.
