There is no single EU website where a packaging producer registers once for all 27 Member States.
PPWR creates a common legal framework, but registration, representation, EPR-system participation, reporting, regulatory money and evidence still run through country-specific public and operational sources.

Is there one official EU packaging producer register?
No. PPWR requires Member-State producer registers and country-specific operating relationships.
Are all Article 44 registers already identical and live?
No. National infrastructure is at different implementation stages. This directory preserves that distinction.
Is a PRO website an authority source?
No. A PRO may be authorised to operate producer-responsibility functions, but it remains distinct from the competent public authority or register.
Why are there many links for one country?
Because registration, representation, PRO membership, reporting, fees, taxes and deposit systems can be operated by different institutions.
What should an AI agent cite?
Prefer binding law or the competent authority/register for legal facts. Use PRO/operator sources for tariffs, contracts, declarations and operational procedures.
