Article 45(4) of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 requires in-scope online platforms, before allowing producers to use their services, to obtain producer-registration information and registration number(s) for the Member State where the consumer is located, plus a producer self-certification confirming EPR compliance for the packaging offered there.

Kaufland publishes marketplace-country registration-entry differences. Amazon uses account-specific Seller Central compliance workflows, so unverified country fields are never invented here.
Registration, PRO participation, EPR AR appointment, reporting, payment, marketplace submission and marketplace acceptance are separate evidence claims. The engine never lets one document silently stand in for all of them.

Etsy currently publishes country-specific EPR help for Germany, France and Spain. The engine does not copy those exact portal instructions to another Member State.
