Professional fees and regulatory money remain separate.Standard Beyoğlu Professional pricing is €25 + applicable VAT once for each newly activated country and €1 + applicable VAT per declared parcel. Authority, Producer register, PRO, system, tax, statutory levy, DRS, deposit and legally required third-party charges are separate and retain their own legal and tax treatment. Where regulatory prefunding is required, seller funds are regulatory liabilities rather than Beyoğlu revenue or working capital and must use legally appropriate safeguarded or licensed payment infrastructure.
